Because our digital and physical products are made to order, we do not accept general returns, change-of-mind returns, or size-related returns.
Cancellations
Product Orders Cancellation Policy
All of our products are created on demand, especially for you.
If you wish to cancel or edit your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You may modify your order at any time before production begins.
Once your order enters production, only quality-related issues may qualify for a replacement.
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to report any quality issues.
Membership Subscriptions Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your Billing page.
Your cancellation will take effect after the current billing cycle ends.
There are no refunds for the active/current membership period.
Damaged or Quality Issues
For the fastest resolution, please include:
- A clear photo showing the issue
- The product on a flat, well-lit surface
- The product tag or identifying area
- Your order number

Product Orders Refund Policy
Because products are custom-created and delivered digitally or on demand, we cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the product has a clear quality issue.
Refunds are processed only when:
- A quality issue is verified
- Clear photographic proof is provided
Refund Timing
- PayPal: Refunds appear in your account balance within 24 business hours.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds appear in your bank account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Membership Refund Policy
Membership subscriptions are non-refundable.
You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
Locked Messages Refund Policy
Locked messages are non-refundable.
If you paid for a locked message and cannot access it, contact us at support@langadvance.com and we will assist you immediately.
