1. About LangAdvance

LangAdvance is an online language-learning platform providing digital educational content and services, including language courses, Complete Language Systems, eBooks, PDFs, audio resources, and membership subscriptions.

Throughout these Terms, “LangAdvance,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the LangAdvance service and its operator, and “you” or “your” refers to the person accessing or using the Service.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

By using LangAdvance, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

You must not share your account credentials with other people or allow unauthorized persons to access your account.

5. Digital Products and Memberships

LangAdvance provides digital products and services. These may include Complete Language Systems, individual courses, eBooks, PDFs, audio resources, downloadable materials, and membership subscriptions.

Digital products are provided through the access methods specified at or after purchase. Access may require an account, an internet connection, or compatible software or devices.

We do not guarantee that every product will be compatible with every device, operating system, browser, or software environment.

6. Purchases, Pricing and Payments

Pricing

Prices are displayed before you complete a purchase. Prices and available offers may change from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payment Authorization

When you make a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment and transaction service providers to process the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes or other charges that may apply.

Promotional Offers

We may offer promotional pricing, discounts, trials, bundles, or other special offers. Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

7. Memberships, Free Trials and Cancellation

Free Trial

Where offered, eligible new memberships may include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel during the trial period to avoid being charged for the membership.

Automatic Renewal

If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your membership will automatically continue as a paid subscription according to the plan and billing terms shown at checkout.

Memberships may continue to renew automatically until cancelled or otherwise terminated.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through the available billing or account-management page.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your membership remains active through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Paid Subscription Periods

Once a paid membership period has started, that period is non-refundable, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

8. Returns and Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Individual Complete Language Systems may be eligible for a refund when a request is submitted within the applicable 30-day refund request period. Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not automatically approved.

Because our products are digital and may include downloadable or accessible content, accessing or downloading substantial portions of purchased materials may affect eligibility for a refund.

Membership subscription periods that have already started are non-refundable, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. License to Use LangAdvance

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and any applicable payment obligations, LangAdvance grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service and purchased digital content for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

This license does not transfer ownership of any LangAdvance content or intellectual property to you.

10. Digital Content and Usage Restrictions

Unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish purchased courses or materials.
• Share your purchased course access or membership account with other people.
• Upload LangAdvance materials to file-sharing services, websites, social media platforms, or other public locations.
• Sell, sublicense, rent, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit access to LangAdvance content.
• Record, reproduce, or distribute substantial portions of lessons or other protected content for others.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Attempt to circumvent technical measures used to protect or control access to digital content.
• Use the Service to facilitate unauthorized access to another person’s account or purchased content.

These restrictions do not prohibit uses that are expressly permitted by applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, including course materials, lessons, text, graphics, illustrations, audio, video, designs, branding, software, interfaces, compilations, and other materials, are owned by LangAdvance or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no license or ownership interest in LangAdvance intellectual property is transferred to you.

You may not use LangAdvance trademarks, logos, branding, or other protected materials without prior written permission.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property or other rights of another person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or protected areas of the Service.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or other harmful software.
• Impersonate another person or falsely claim an affiliation with another person or organization.
• Use fraudulent payment information or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, security measures, or content-protection mechanisms.
• Use the Service to distribute or facilitate unauthorized copies of LangAdvance content.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services for payment processing, transaction processing, authentication, analytics, communications, hosting, or other functions necessary to provide the Service.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of such services may be subject to those additional terms where applicable.

14. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Service, including individual products, features, content, or membership benefits, from time to time.

We may make changes when reasonably necessary to improve the Service, maintain security, comply with applicable requirements, or respond to changes in our products or operations.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service or an account if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, misused the Service, or created a security or legal risk.

We may also discontinue accounts or access where necessary to protect the Service or comply with applicable law or obligations.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Membership cancellation is governed by the membership provisions above.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to access applicable digital content ends, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by LangAdvance.

Any payment obligations that accrued before termination remain due.

16. Disclaimers

The Service and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet every individual learning objective, produce a particular language-learning result, or be available without interruption or errors.

Educational content is provided for learning and informational purposes and is not a guarantee of examination results, employment, professional qualification, immigration outcomes, or any other specific result.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LangAdvance and its affiliates, service providers, licensors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service or purchased content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability arising from your use of the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to LangAdvance for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the applicable period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LangAdvance and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from or related to:

• Your unauthorized or improper use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable law.
• Your infringement or violation of the rights of another person or entity.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wyoming, United States.

Nothing in this section is intended to prevent you from exercising mandatory consumer rights or pursuing a remedy in a jurisdiction where applicable law gives you that right.
