Your payment method will be charged on the renewal date unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

5. Returns and Refunds
Because LangAdvance primarily sells digital products, we generally do not accept refunds unless:
- A product is defective or inaccessible
- A duplicated purchase occurred
- An exception is stated clearly on the product page
Refund eligibility is determined at our discretion.
6. Licenses

- Loss of data

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in San Francisco County, California.
