Michael Wächter ist Bankkaufmann von Beruf. Jetzt wohnt er noch bei seinen Eltern. Aber in zwei Wochen zieht er mit seiner Freundin Vera um. Dann hat er selbst eine Wohnung. Es sind mehrere Räume: ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad, eine Küche und ein Hobbyraum. Leider ist das Bad alt und hat kein Fenster. Aber das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön. Es hat sogar einen Balkon. Michael Wächter ist zufrieden. Später will er selbst ein Haus bauen, wenn er genug Geld gespart hat. Vielleicht gewinnt er auch plötzlich im Lotto? Wer weiß?
